We were a little bit skeptical about buying these knives because the price was so low. But to our surprise, the balance, look and durability are absolutely amazing. We now use them not only for prep and onsite events. They've become our go to for our weekly cooking show on KOLO (ABC) Morning Break every Tuesday. Would 100% recommend!
You can feel the quality as soon as you pick it up. I’ve used it on everything from herbs to big roasts and it just glides. This knife will be on my counter for a long time.
